A History of My Life in 10 Objects

For the homework of recording 10 things I find interesting, I decided to record 10 objects that are interesting to me because of their sentimental and practical value to me, based on the idea of the book A History of the World in 100 Objects by Dr Neil MacGregor.

The objects are:
- The big clock (which has always been 15 minutes fast. We tried setting it to the right time but everyone was 15 minutes late to everything)
- The Russian doll (no idea if it is actually Russian, it's just always been around)
-My keys (the key ring was given to me by a friend who will be leaving England, probably for good, for Libya soon, so quite sentimental)
-My backpack (got me through two schools)
-My light blue bird (given to me by an old art teacher, started my collection of small ornamental birds)
-My laptop (given to me by my secondary school because it closed, so had no use for it)
-The Brother Grimms classic fairy tales, full collection (because they have always been the best bedside reading)
-Big ted (a teddy bear that used to be the size of me)
-The cooker (this is quite strait forwards, I like food, cooking and baking)
-My mums scarf (because my dad gave it her before I was born and she is  still always wearing it)

Probably not the most thought out bunch and the drawings suffer from a bad case of "that'll do", but there you go.
