Today we were in mixed classes pf diploma and foundation students. After a few talks by artists, we took part in a drawing thingy. This started for me with drawing the people in my group in a continuous line drawing like so:
Not my best images, I could have taken more care and been more accurate.
From these drawings we worked in paper cut outs.
Very happy with this one. I think it is more accurate than the image it is taken from!
Then we moved onto the businesses of making paper bag heads. Fun. I thinking could have taken it further with a series, but with one bag and limited time, this was the result:
Not too bad. Happy with the shapes. Could have been more adventurous maybe. But hey, he was called amiable.
Sorry for the bad photos, through house lighting isn't exactly pro.
